The forum is organized by the Russian United Business Aviation Association (RUBAA), Tulpar Aero Group and Kazan International Airport. The forum is held with the support of the Ministry of Transport and Roads of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Tatarstan, JSC “Kazan Expo”.

For the forum participants a conference will be organized on topical issues of business aviation development, a static exposition of business aviation aircrafts, as well as acquaintance with the infrastructure of Kazan Airport and production facilities of TULPAR AERO GROUP. A visit to the exhibition “Aerospace Technologies, Modern Materials and Equipment. Kazan-2018 " is also included in the business program of the Forum.
