The program was conducted at the aviation training center of the Federal state budget education enterprise of higher education, "Moscow State Technical University of Civil Aviation" (MSTU CA) on the basis of the first in Russia and CIS by the Bombardier authorized service center Tulpar Technic. In total, eleven (11) trainees graduated from the program. Theoretical and practical classes were organized on behalf of Tulpar Technic at Kazan International Airport. Bombardier type aircraft were provided as program facility.
Director of excellence courses of MSTU CA Sergey Snimschikov and director general of Tulpar Technic Vyacheslav Dunin were present at the certificate awarding ceremony.
