Tulpar Technic and MSTU GA have implemented the second joint project for maintenance training

On September 30, 2021, graduation certificates were delivered to the first trainees of the program "Initial training of maintenance specialists for the Bombardier Challenger 300/350 business jet, category В1 + В2".

The program was conducted at the aviation training center of the Federal state budget education enterprise of higher education, "Moscow State Technical University of Civil Aviation" (MSTU CA) on the basis of the first in Russia and CIS by the Bombardier authorized service center Tulpar Technic. This is the second joint project of MSTU GA and Tulpar Technic, implemented in 2021 in the direction of training engineering and technical personnel.

Director of excellence courses of MSTU CA Sergey Snimschikov and Chairman of the Board of directors of Tulpar Technic Azat Khakim took part at the certificate awarding ceremony.

“There is an increasing demand for Challenger 300 and Challenger 350 aircraft both among potential aircraft owners and customers in the charter market. Tulpar Air has introduced two new aircraft of this type under its flag this year. The demand for flight operations directly increases the demand for MRO services. Therefore, we ourselves were faced with the question of increasing personnel for timely and high-quality maintenance of these aircraft”, commented Marat Nigmatullin, Director of the commercial department. Tulpar Technic Ltd. – Nine engineers from Tulpar Technic and Tulpar Air have been trained for the new type during September. To date, the engineering personnel of the companies have permits for different types of aircraft at the same time. This allows us to provide the same high-quality aircraft maintenance services both at the base in Kazan and on linear stations at other airports in Russia and the CIS".

Let us remind that Tulpar Technic has been actively involved in the training of engineering and technical personnel for more than ten years. Programs that allow students to first practice, and then find employment, have been successfully established with the Laishevsky Technical and Economic College, the Kazan National Research Technical University named after A.N. Tupolev - KAI.
