Tulpar Techniс, Tulpar Interior Group, Tulpar Air, MC “Tulpar Aero Group” and JSC «Rusich» presented comprehensive solutions for owners and operators of helicopters. During three days of intensive meetings, strategic negotiations were held with the airline operators of Russian helicopters on the maintenance, modernization and refinement of aviation equipment.
